| Communications have been carried out between Tianjin and foreign countries in economy, trade, culture, science and technology, education, sports, public health, etc. Tianjin has signed agreements with 57 cities (provinces, states, regions) from 38 nations on friendship city relationships, exchanges and cooperation. Tianjin has become a friendship city to 23 foreign cities. Apart from this, friendship and cooperative relations have also been established between 34 pairs of institutions and nearly 200 pairs of grassroots units. Tianjin Port has trade relations with over 160 countries and regions in the world. |
